Teresa attended Michigan State University and Davenport University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She brings a wealth of experience to her role, having spent several years in consumer lending, 17 years in the real estate industry, and 13 years in title insurance.
As Closing Specialist at GLCF, Teresa will be responsible for ensuring all requirements and documents are in order for loans and closings. She will look forward to deepening her knowledge of 504 loans and applying her expertise to help clients experience a smooth closing process, so they can stay focused on growing their businesses.
Teresa is passionate about people and committed to making a difference both professionally and in her community. She will bring that same dedication to her work at GLCF, where the wellbeing of clients and colleagues alike will be a priority for her.
Outside of work, Teresa is deeply involved in her community. She serves on several ministries at her church, supporting youth in the Hospitality area and contributing to the monthly MBC Connection newsletter. She also sits on the Board of Directors for MVillage, a non-profit where she assists with their Community Essentials Pantry and financial operations. Additionally, she enjoys helping individuals work toward their personal financial and retirement goals.
